These terms are an agreement between you and Spontany. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old. Spontany is built around nightlife — bars, clubs, and events — and is not intended for minors.
You sign in with your Google or Apple account and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device secure, and tell us if you believe your account was compromised.
Spontany connects real people in the real world. You agree not to:
You can report or block any user from their profile or chat. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — permanently for serious or repeated violations.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit your content solely to operate Spontany. Delete your content or your account and this license ends, except where retention is required by law.
Opening hours, deals, events, and crowd levels are gathered from public sources and partners and can be wrong or out of date. Confirm details with the venue before making plans. If you drink — drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.
Spontany helps people meet in the real world. Use common sense: meet in public places and tell someone where you're going. We don't run background checks on users and are not responsible for users' conduct, online or offline.
Spontany Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings — deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds follow the stores' policies.
Spontany is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using Spontany and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
If we make material changes we'll update this page and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Spontany after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
