We aim to reply within 2 business days. Please include your device model and iOS or Android version — it helps us reproduce problems quickly.
The map is empty or shows no venues near me.
Spontany currently covers Tel Aviv and the surrounding area, with more cities coming. If you're inside that area and still see nothing, check that location permission is enabled in your device Settings under Spontany, then pull down on the map to refresh.
Why does Spontany ask for my location?
To show venues, events and people near you on the live map. Access is when-in-use only — Spontany never tracks your location in the background. You can use the app without it by choosing an area manually.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes your profile, connections and messages. You can also request deletion at spontanyapp.com/delete-account.
How do I manage or cancel Spontany Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
I want to report a venue, an event, or another user.
Every venue, event and profile has a report option in the app. Reports are reviewed and acted on. For anything urgent, email us directly at the address above.
A venue's details are wrong.
Venue information comes from public sources and is refreshed regularly, so it can occasionally be out of date. Report it from the venue's page or email us the venue name and what's wrong, and we'll correct it.
I own a venue and want to be listed or claim my page.
Email us with the venue name and your role, and we'll set you up.
