Delete Your Account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fastest way — in the app

Open Spontany and go to the Profile tab;
Scroll down and tap Delete Account;
Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

Can't access the app?

Email support@spontanyapp.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my Spontany account". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, photos);
Connections, chats, messages, voice notes, and shared media;
Your location history, activity, and analytics data;
Your sign-in — the account is removed entirely.

What to know

Subscriptions are not canceled by deleting your account. Cancel Spontany Premium in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Messages you sent to others disappear from their chats as part of the deletion.
We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (e.g., moderation reports under investigation).
